About

Aloha, my name is Matthew D. Muche. I moved to Maui in 2003. Soon after, I attended University Of Hawaii Maui and graduated in 2007. After a handful of jobs that paid the bills right out of college, I finally found my niche working in Real Estate. I then realized that I have a genuine passion for working with people and sales. It is such an amazing feeling not only to find my clients a new home, but to build relationships that will last forever. Maui is now my home. I love everything about Maui. The beach, the culture, the people, the weather, everything to me on Maui is simply paradise.

I grew up in West Springfield, Massachusetts. My Mom, Herminia, and my Dad, Bartholomew, with my only sister Samantha are all first generation Portuguese Americans. Furthermore, I am proud to say in the summer of 2014 I received my dual citizenship for Portugal. I plan on retiring in motherland someday. Even though I am thousands of miles away from home, I still cheer on my Boston Celtics, Boston Bruins, and the New England Patriots.

A defining moment in my life was when I began my first year as a volunteer in the Special Olympics. It was then that I realized that life is not only taking care of yourself, it is about paying it forward. What really mattered was how I could influence others and help bring the best results to unlocking people’s limitations to reach their full potential. I display this “Aloha Spirit” daily with my volunteer work and in life itself. My definition of “The Aloha Spirit” is it's better to give than to receive, Aloha should be displayed daily, and never take things for granted. Just like a quote I live by, "We believe life is more rewarding if you go beyond who and what you are" A.H. Heineken. I have been an avid volunteer with the Special Olympics, Relay for Life (Cancer Association), and American Heart Association since 2004.

I spend personal renewal time with my dog, Sampson. I also have two God children who I love to spoil. My other hobbies consist of hiking, kayaking, stand up paddle boarding, golfing, quality time with friends, and spending time with my family during holidays.
